Registering to Personal Finance Portal (PFP) will activate our new secure document sharing and messaging portal and service. This directly links to our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and allows you to keep all your personal information up to date at the touch of a button without needing to sign any forms. This is managed through the Profile section of the PFP, which enables you to confirm any personal data, circumstances, objectives and priorities that relate to you and your family.In addition to viewing fund and portfolio details of the investments we administer on your behalf, PFP allows you to add other assets including bank accounts, property and artwork, to give you a bird’s-eye view of your wealth in one central hub.As part of your Personal Finance Portal, we provide and maintain a Personal Document Vault, which allows you to securely store the likes of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and the Objectives Roadmap. As well as the obvious security benefits, the vault ensures that you have a personal disaster recovery plan in place and provides both you and your trusted advisors with immediate access to your most important documents and financial information in the event of an emergency.
- Your Investment Portfolios
Our Investment Portfolio log in provides you with a simplified breakdown of your various investment accounts and relative performance figures. In addition, your Quarterly Reports and Annual Tax Vouchers will also be stored here securely for you to collect and distribute to your accountant as necessary.
- DocuSign Terms of Business
Within our CRM system, The Private Investment Office use DocuSign’s eSignature technology for our Terms of Business documentation to streamline our client onboarding process. DocuSign eSignatures comply with UK law, the European Union Regulation No 910/2014 on electronic identification and trust services (eIDAS Regulation).
